You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 2cuci. Access is restricted to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement under applicable law.
Each player may hold only one 2cuci account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2cuci holds its international gaming authority licence. Disputes are subject to that jurisdiction's courts.
1.1 These Terms govern access to and use of the 2cuci website located at 2cuci.app and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sportsbook, live dealer tables, slots, promotional programmes, and customer support ("Services").
1.2 By registering an account, accessing the 2cuci platform, or placing a bet, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.1 To register a 2cuci account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted); (c) provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration; and (d) not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any licensed gambling platform.
2.2 You are permitted to hold only one (1) 2cuci account. If you have a pre-existing 2cuci account, you must not register a new one. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
2.3 2cuci reserves the right to require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") at any stage of the registration or account usage process. KYC documents may include a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and source-of-funds documentation.
2.4 Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information may be suspended immediately. Any winnings generated by an account that cannot pass verification may be voided.
2.5 By registering, you confirm that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence and that you are not accessing the Services from a restricted territory.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2cuci login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 2cuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 2cuci support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.3 All bets and transactions made from your account are considered authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach prior to those transactions being completed.
3.4 You must keep your registered contact details — particularly your email address and mobile number — current and accurate. 2cuci may communicate important account notices, including security alerts and terms updates, via these channels.
3.5 Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 2cuci platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence. 2cuci does not represent that the Services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
4.1 2cuci accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit is RM 30. Maximum deposit limits are subject to the applicable payment method and any account-level limits set by the player or imposed by 2cuci.
4.2 Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless agreed otherwise with support. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) are processed within 5–10 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals complete within the same business day for most Malaysian banks.
4.3 All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as set out in Section 2. 2cuci reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the successful completion of identity and payment method verification.
4.4 Funds deposited into your 2cuci wallet must be used for gaming activity. 2cuci reserves the right to deduct a reasonable administrative fee for accounts that deposit and immediately request withdrawal without meaningful gameplay activity, as this may indicate an attempt to exploit payment processing systems.
4.5 Player funds are held in accounts segregated from 2cuci's operational funds, in accordance with our international gaming authority licensing obligations.
4.6 2cuci does not charge fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions. Third-party fees applied by payment providers (where applicable) are outside 2cuci's control and will not be reimbursed.
5.1 2cuci offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet rules.
5.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all 2cuci promotions unless stated otherwise:

6.1 Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface and constitute part of the terms of play for that game. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules prevail for matters relating to that game.
6.2 All RNG-based games at 2cuci use certified random number generation software independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcome randomness is guaranteed within the published statistical parameters (RTP) of each game.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay (including disconnection, server error, or game crash), 2cuci will endeavour to resolve the matter in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. 2cuci's decision on the resolution of technical disputes is final.
6.4 Players must not use any automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Detection of such use will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings derived.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2cuci platform:

8.1 2cuci is committed to responsible gaming. We provide all registered players with access to the following self-management tools via the account dashboard: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and automatic logouts; reality check notifications; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, promotional materials will be suppressed, and you will not be permitted to register a new account. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

8.4 2cuci complies with all responsible gaming obligations imposed under our international gaming authority licence, including staff training, minor protection measures, and anti-money-laundering programmes.
9.1 All content on the 2cuci platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 2cuci or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 2cuci.
9.2 Game software integrated into the 2cuci platform is licensed from third-party providers. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective game providers.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2cuci's total liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the claim arising; or (b) RM 500.
10.2 2cuci shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (b) loss of profit or opportunity; (c) losses arising from your failure to follow responsible gaming guidance; (d) technical failures, interruptions, or delays outside of 2cuci's reasonable control; or (e) losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, personal injury, or gross negligence.
11.1 2cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
11.2 Your continued use of the 2cuci platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
11.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
12.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2cuci holds its international gaming authority licence.
12.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact 2cuci's support team to seek informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may escalate to the dispute resolution process available under 2cuci's gaming licence.
12.3 Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect your interests.
